Having frequented the "Pub" many years ago I decided to take a nostalgic trip back to Winchester and booked into the Wykeham Arms! Spent a night there at the end of May 2013. Very friendly staff, clean room or a decent size and great breakfast. And they let our terrier stay in the room. Thoroughly recommended. Only downside was a false fire alarm, but that was caused by another guest's actions and nothing to do with the hotel.

Stayed one night. Excellent location once we found it! Very friendly staff. Full of character. Had two rooms in annex very comfortable but would have preferred to stay in the main building rather than annex. Tasty breakfast. Would definitely return.

Hard to find ,,but once it's was , it was lovely ,,great breaky , good service in pub ,,and great hotel rooms ,,,...so so so comfy beds,,the pub it's self is all oldie weldie ,,,and just outside the cathedral walls ,,, it's in good walking distance to all you ned . Xxx
