Good location for visting the city centre, though you do have to use a rather shabby underpass to cross a major road. Next to a Sainsburys that does breakfast, and right by the cider museum, so that was one bit of particularly easy tourism. Rooms were clean and seemed pretty new. Plenty of parking. Nothing really to mark it out... More

Very well located for the city. Does lack a restaurant which would have been great in the mornings as the nearest place is the cafe at Sainsburys. All in all good value for money which you do come to expect from travelodge basic but does the job More

I chose to stay here because I was singing services at the Cathedral over the weekend and wanted a cheap, comfortable room within easy walking distance. Booking each night separately, I managed to save £50 on booking the two consecutive nights together. I arrived on foot, and initially tried to approach from the wrong direction, which was a pity as... More

We stayed at this travelodge to visit our daughter in Hereford ,the location was brilliant within 10 mins walk of centre unfortunately there is no restaurant/pub facilities for breakfast (except a Sainsburys opposite).I tend to avoid Travelodges as I have had bad experiences before but the location was too good to be true. The room was tired and in desperate need... I paid less than £30 for the room which was about right. The rooms feel very new, almost too new. Colour scheme in rooms is very white too, which shows marks and scuffs. Overall a good standard travelodge and if you pay less than £30, its a bargain. One really annoying thing is the reception, which was never staffed when... More

Average reception, the room 207 was a huge tank of a room with very little to encourage you that this was not a prison cell. Bare minimum comfort factors and room 207 should be avoided at all costs if you value a good nights sleep. The building services, water, electric and a/c are so so noisy that sleep was almost... Stayed here for 2 nights and although very clean the bathroom needs updating and a new matress wouldnt go amiss. I booked during the sale and got this room for £15.00 a night. I cant really complain, the staff were pleasent enough and as I said the room was very clean. Only other downpoint is there is no bar or... More

Booked well in advance - but then read some disturbing comments about cleanliness, staff etc before our arrival. We should not have worried - very clean, staff exceedingly helpful. Room outstanding value, brilliant location and tea and coffee making available too!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants nofrills, clean budget accommodation. More
