The hotel is in a really nice quiet spot a couple of minutes scenic walk along the river from the centre of town. The staff were really welcoming and helpful - helping us figure out local buses etc (there is a nearby direct bus route to Osborne House). The room was huge (family room). Would definitely come back here.

I thought this hotel was vey clean staff were friendly I would stay there again could do with a play area for the children not much for them to do while you stay there so you need to take something for the children to play with

4 nights at this Premier Inn - ideally siutated for touring the whole of the Isle of Wight as it is so central. Good free car parking too. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Hotel was clean and very nice, would defiantly go back. Nearby Table Table restaurant very good too ideal if you have kids. Easy walk to Newport Town with great shops and cafes. Kids loved it, had a room with a view of the river which was lovely.

I stayed here for 1 night and it was ideal for my needs. It was booked early and inexpensive so cannot be faulted on value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fairly central for public transport and we went out to eat at a local pub.

Friendly and welcoming. May be a bit more pricey than the mainland Premier Inns, but in an island economy this was good value for money. The 'all you can eat' breakfast with children eating free really sets you up for the day and is very good value.

A good clean and well managed hotel on outskirts of Newport. Ask for a room overlooking the river rather than the car park! Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Clean and tidy rooms extra tea and coffee if required. Handy location for the town of Newport and nice walks. Close to where the Isle of Wight festival takes place
