Friendly and helpful staff throughout (hotel and restaurant). Sparklingly clean rooms, most comfortable mattress and pillows, climate control that works! Breakfast was a big ....pleasant....surprise, choice, price and quality exceeded expectations considering this is a budget hotel! Would definitely return and recommend. More

Needed to leave my stuff early in the day. They greeted me and enabled check in so quickly and with great professionalism and charm. I stayed at this hotel with a friend. We unfortunately were there for our friends funeral, but I have to say the staff were wonderfull, especially Carol who was so lovely when we said why we were there.. The staff in the bar/restrauant were also just as kind. Thank you Carol. More

Have used Premier Inn quite a few times now. Always find staff very friendly and helpful, Rooms are clean and airy, beds very comfortable and rooms well insulated against noise. Always sure of a nice comfortable stay. Definitely our first choice. More
