We had an excellent two night stay at Studely Cottage. We selected the double room complete with on-suite shower room which was very comfortable. If you were stopping for longer you may wish to consider the twin bed room which is larger and has a seperate bathroom. Lynne and John were superb hosts who really could not do any more... More

We had such a lovely welcome from Lynne and John who were both so friendly and helpful with information, as well as suggestions for places to visit etc. The rooms were immaculate with everything and more that one could need for a two night stay. The breakfast table was delightful with great attention to detail and the breakfast which was... More

Everything about our stay at Studley Cottage was excellent. A beautiful twin-bedded room, which remained cool in hot weather,( we didn't need the available fan) with its own, adjacent, well-appointed bathroom. A period house full of charm and character, with original photos and ornaments creating a family ambience. Our hosts, Lynne and John, were welcoming, happy to provide exactly the... More

Lynne and John were the most friendly, delightful hosts. Studley Cottage is an immaculate B&B and very comfortable indeed. The breakfast table in particular was outstanding, with beautiful Italian Spode crockery and crystal glassware, accompanied by the most delicious food. We loved our stay there and we're sad to leave. I would unquestionably recommend this fabulous B & B to... More

Lynne and John were so friendly & welcoming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. This is such a lovely cottage oozing warmth and a happy atmosphere, in a quiet and peaceful location about 15 mins walk from the town centre. We stayed in the delightful twin-bedded room which, along with the lovely bathroom was spotlessly clean. Lynne provided... More

A & A Studley Cottage was our base for exploring the Kent countryside for 4 nights. Lynne and John were very welcoming friendly hosts. The room was immaculately clean and comforable and the home is in a quiet location and classy area. Excellent breakfast was served every morning with high quality dinnerware. My husband was very embarassed about bumping into... More

We spent six wounderful days (weather excepted) at Studley Cottage. Lynne and John were very welcoming hosts and did everything to make our stay memorable. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and we slept very well. In the mornings we were treated with an excellent breakfast with a lot to choose from. We will definitely recommend Studely Cottage to... More

A lovely welcome from Lynne and we were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Delightful, clean and comfortable room gave us a great night's sleep followed by a beautifully cooked breakfast. We highly recommend it and will be going again.

We were in the twin-bedded room with its own bathroom. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, the bedroom comfortable, superbly furnished and attention to detail in both bedroom & bathroom was beyond belief. We stayed for 3 nights whilst National Trust-ing in the local area. The breakfast was second to none, meeting all tastes. It was served in a charming room... More

We were greeted by Lynne and John on our arrival and they are so warm and friendly. We were shown to our room which was the twin bedded room with its own private bathroom. The bedroom was absolutely delightful. Spotlessly clean and yet very cosy and welcoming. The bathroom is so tastefully decorated and again spotlessly clean. We had one... More
