We had chosen the regent for our honeymoon and were not disappointed. We where welcomed by a lovely young lady on arrival. she was very professional and informative but at the same time 'human' and friendly. Service at breakfast was second to none. A great credit to all the staff.

Stayed for 3 nights again, refurbishment of a high standard, foyer bar and seating area. Staff excellent food a high standard with plenty of variety, well stocked bar with draft beer now, so husband happy.Weather amazing so 2 stunning walks. It's fantastic that you had three lovely days with us at The Regent Hotel, when the weather is perfect there is no where better than the Lake District, you obviously took advantage and enjoyed a couple of walks.
Glad you approved of the new foyer and bar especially now we serve draft beer, proving to be very popular!!

Had a very nice stay at The Regent Hotel. The hotel was more modern that I was expecting, with a nice entrance, reception and bar area. Our room was spacious, clean, had a very nice bathroom and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Meals were very nice, well made and well presented, very tasty.
