Great B&B with lovely hosts, spotless rooms and good quality breakfast's. Located within easy walking distance to Keswick town (3-4mins) and many other walks nearby. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

We agree with the previous reviews and we really liked the fact they have a guest lounge as we stayed with friends and it was nice to be able to sit and relax in. We arrived to be greeted by a welcoming cup of tea in the lounge, and were made to feel very welcome for the duration of our stay by Barbara and Paul, who were accommodating throughout and sorted out a number of things for us, including arranging for flowers to be delivered to the room one morning as a birthday gift.....
