Visited here on 5th May 2013 - my first visit to Penrith. Very conveniently able to park right outside the hotel. It was very convenient that they served me tea even though I wasn't an overnight guest at the hotel - I needed a hot drink to set me up for my visit. Stopped overnight at George Penrith. Old Victorian Hotel full of character which has been maintained with refurbishment. Stayed for 2 nights in end Apr13. Although building was very old, hotel had recently been refurbished to a good standard. Food was good and service friendly. Hotel has free wi-fi for guests and a small car park. Would definatly stay again if we were in the area.

Myself and my daughter had afternoon tea this afternoon at the George Hotel in Penrith, it was delicious and the Staff were excellent, very attentive and both myself and my daughter enjoyed the friendly relaxed atmosphere. We will be calling in again, :)
