The location of this hotel is great; a short uphill walk into Windermere or a downhill walk into Bowness. Parking is available on site. “Excellent hotel”

Stayed for one night in the Rydal water room. Room was small but cosy and modern. Very clean throughout hotel and good service.Something for everyone at breakfast. Hotel is in a good location only a five minute walk to both Windermere and Bowness on Windermere.
