I have stayed here a total of three times over my four visits to windermere, I find this B and B friendly and perfect for the job. It needs a bit of updating, i.e fresh paint but other than that a lovely stay all three times very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. More

Home from home. Very friendly and very helpful staff/owners. The hotel is in a great location only 2 minutes walk from Windermere town centre and 15 minutes walk down to Bowness. The room was more than adequate. All in all a very pleasent experience all made better by the lovely weather in late March. Thanks to you all. More

This is a lovely B&B. My room was on the top floor and looked out over a park.
