This hotel is ran by a lovely couple, me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights and every morning they had breakfast ready, you could smell the bacon getting cooked. Its close to the sea front, it doesnt have a lift though if your on the top floor. There was no noise from traffic.

1 minute walk from Pleasurebeach/South Pier/Sandcastle. 20min walk to Central Pier, Tower and town centre. 25 min walk to North Pier. Tram and bus stop less than a minute away. not bad b/b this.i used it bacause it was handy why i was at the casino.tidy but rooms are on the small side, oh and the landlord reminds me of bazil faulty.lol.one more thing there is nowere to park your car but there is a car park near by. it will cost you £8 for the night.
