Amazing family break away!! 5⭐️ Paul & Yvette such a lovely couple go above and beyond for there guests. Hotel is spotless clean, rooms lovely and beds very comfortable!! Everything you need!! Tea and coffee ☕️ to make in room also if fancy a cuppa. Breakfast in the morning is amazing!! Can’t fault in any way. Fantastic stay from start to finish. Paul called us a local taxi as running late one night to dinner. Which we really appreciated. Also lovely wee bar for a refreshment. Always making sure there quests are looked after!! Great location to all Blackpool attractions. Would highly recommend to couples and family’s looking for a break away. We as a family wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Look forward to seeing yous both next year!! Thanks again ❤️

Positives, really nice couple. Really clean hotel. Negatives booked for 2 nights but only stopped one! Wanted to upgrade our room to 2 beds (they had available) willing to pay but wouldn’t let us told we had to book another room. Was just so uncomfortable the bed for me. Just feel like we were let down they weren’t interested in making us more comfortable. Just so disappointed in the customer service. Weren’t offered no refunds or anything but we’re happy for us to book another room!!!

I am so sorry your stay ended in such disappointment .I feel there as been some sort of misunderstanding as we DID NOT have a twin room available to upgrade you for the second night when you visited .If the room had been available you could of taken the twin room with pleasure at a single night cost. You approached me first thing Sunday morning after breakfast & told me your wife was not feeling well at all & asked if we had a room with single beds as you had seen a family leaving on the Sunday morning you presumed this room had single beds .I explained the family rooms have double beds & bunk beds for children so this was not an option . The only solution I had was to offer you another double room next door to the one you had paid for but obviously at a cost this would of give you two rooms with a double bed in each which you declined .At no point did you tell me the bed was uncomfortable you only told me your wife was not feeling very well & wanted her own bed I feel this was more the issue .You also told me your wife did not feel like getting ready to go out .So easy to blame & look for fault in other things when some times the real problem is with in

Great location in between the south pier and the north pier and just off the promenade. Met by very friendly polite and informative hosts Paul and Yvette who could not do enough for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and beds comfy. Our 8 year old granddaughter slept in our double room whilst the 15 year old grandson was given a single room next door. Breakfast was delicious with good quality local produce. They made us so welcome it was like stopping with family. Hope to call again in the near future.

I’ve been to this hotel many times and my latest stay didn’t disappoint. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard, they are exceptionally clean, we had three between us and each was immaculate. I slept so well. Breakfast was delicious, I’m a vegetarian and was catered for very well. It’s very well located for all attractions.

Comfortable, well kept guesthouse. Quick check in and rooms allocated on the first floor. Nice double bedroom with en suite, all spotlessly clean. Tea tray in the room and all towels. Breakfast was delicious with plenty tea. Paul and Yvette are really friendly and we would definitely return to this guesthouse

We booked to stay here for a family trip to Blackpool for 2 nights. Firstly, the hotel is in a fantastic location with everything on the seafront within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel/guesthouse is clean, tidy and the owners are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent enough and the prices were reasonable in the current climate. What more could you want.
