Would never rate this property....... Room Filthy. Shower well you could wee faster, and cold water. Lumps on the wallpaer. Mould n muck in the bathroon/mould on the blind/tiles well cracked and unfinished. shower well hairs n mould all around that. 50's decor boarder around the room, which was hanging off. HI i stayed in the fern villa hotel for 1 night. i found it to be very clean,tidy,comfortable, and nice and warm..berveley was very very helpful a very kind and caring person ( i just wish i could of stayed for longer) i will have no problems staying here again and i will reccommend them to any 1 who wants... Me and a colleague had a really lovely welcome to fern villa the hotel was clean and beds where super comfy never stayed in a hotel in that id re visit in blackpool but i will deffo go back thanks for making our evening even better

stayed for weekend was a lovely friendly hotel , nothink was too much trouble for the owners and staff, my room was clean and lovely and warm , i will definatly stay here again and will recomend it , thank you for a fun weekend

The room was freezing when we got in. There was no heating on the corridors either. There was a plug in heater but only one socket in the room. No hot water. Room and shower filthy. Pillow hard and uncomfotable. Would not recommed.

Wouldn't recommend, There was no hot water to be able to get ready to go to a wedding...The central heating is a heater nailed to the floor...we were told to turn heating off before going out, a couple in the party had a newborn baby and they was to turn heating off in their room after asking for a heater... nice hotel , nothing was too much trouble!.. breakfast was excellent self service so we ate waht we wanted... we were a party of 6 girls and they cater for everyone including familys all they ask is for u not to be stupid!! as were some men who were there who she had evicted stright away!! good on you!!! central... The Hotel is lovely from the outside and the people are really nice :-) It also included breakfast and limited parking for your £40.00 per night. Its a real shame its alittle run down :-( It pains me to say that we wouldn't return because the bed was unbelieveably uncomfortable(hard and sqeacky!) and the room had a smell of people... More
