We had a great time in the hotel the staff were very helpfull we had a free highchair and cot, our room was clean and tidy and even the children where alowd to watch the entertainment. No problem parking and the Food was fantastic. All together a great Weekend cant understand anyone having problems? We will be back!!!! More

staff over worked but helpful, hotel was filthy, could not sleep in bed as the covers had cigarette burns in them, notices in hotel advised no smoking but could smell smoke in the landing, under the bed there was rubbish and the room was dusty and needed a good clean, in the shower tiles were covered in mould, also needed... The hotel is truly filthy, everything in the room was dirty. Bugs on floor and window sill, dust everywhere, made you itch, there may have been fleas. Give this hotel a miss it is a terrible place dirty, falling to pieces, sheets stink, no towels to be had at all, the pictures are completly misleading certainly not the same as the room we were given. Please please please dont book it you will so regret it. More
