we have been going to the cliffs for years and have always enjoyed it .the food is excellant staff are great and with all the new refurbishments it has got to be the best hotel in blackpool with public transport right outside hotel what more do you need and we are about to book another stay cant wait

We stay at the Cliffs generally twice a year. Just returned today from another great stay. The place has just had a bit of a make over on the dining side and is a big improvement. Its not the Ritz but its great value for money and we will be going again later in the year.

We did not use the Spa or leisure facilities so we could not give them a rating. The refurbished buffet style dining room was excellent and the food was of a very high standard with a good choice. Things have changed on the meals side ,it is now servr yourself.Breakfasts were excellent,in my opinion evening meals have changed not for the better.On the Frifday I had to have the salad as every option was smothered in some siauce or wrapped in something. Another great weekend at the cliffs. Staff the best in Blackpool,food excellent,the new buffet style restaurant is great.our sea view room is spacious and a 32"tv just like home.we would stay in no other hotel in Blackpool.booked again for long weekend may 24 to 27 can't wait.
