“Ok for the price. A pretty average hotel.”

Room very hot at night even with window open! Could hear everything that went on in other room next door, kids running up and down the corridor at 8am! Bathroom is great, Breakfast pretty good. Get what you pay for!

“Great hotel”

Stayed here in Apr 2013 for two nights with 3 kids. Room big, bathroom spacious, meals good quality. Breakfast good variety, only criticism would have liked own coffee pot rather than large flasks which weren't too warm. Bed extremely comfortable. Great location, nice walk to Sandcastle & Pleasurebeach. Tram stops right outside, frequent and very clean.
