We stayed here last weekend. There was 27 of us in total. The owners, Jenny & Sam, are very very lovely and accommodating. It is a very clean and friendly b&b in the perfect location for all amenities. There is no hesitation, next time we visit Blackpool, we will be stopping here.

10 min walk from the train station and easy reach of tower etc.No need for taxis unless you have problems walking. Stayed just one night as we had tickets for a show at the Winter Gardens, Sam and Jenny were warm, friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the room was clean and warm. Definitely hoping to visit again with our little girl for a family stay.
