“A wonderful stay and superb hospitality from Gareth”

Really can't give this establishment less than 5-stars. Absolutely magnificent stay. Large clean room, great tasty breakfast and fantastic hospitality from Gareth. Found a gem here and we were so well looked after in this quiet area up t'North of the Tower! Won't be staying anywhere else in Blackpool after this and have kept a card! Acted on good advice... “Personal service, high standards throughout.”

Stayed overnight with my son before the Spring brass band contest and would happily have stayed longer! Attentive and personal service from the owner, lovely homecooked food, comfortable room and attention to detail throughout. Off-street parking was very useful. “A fantastic stay at a great B&B”

Excellent service and great rooms, we were even able to get an early breakfast as we had to be early off in the morning. It made an overnight stay very enjoyable, would recommend heavily! More

This hotel is for anyone wanting a care free relaxing time , Gareth and Phillip were wonderful hosts ,my daughter has ceoliac Disease and i took her Gluten Free foods they made sure she was catered for and nothing was to much trouble. We have just returned from another 8 night stay with Gareth and Philip at the Grosvenor View Hotel, King Edwards Avenue. We stayed at the Grosvenor View Hotel for two nights and we truely enjoyed our stay Gareth was an amazing host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay our room was lovely.
