Just checked out of here, excellent hotel, staff very polite and helpful. Rolys bar is great for cabaret and bar snacks, drink prices very good! Food outstanding, portions are huge and of great quality, all you can eat breakfast as well! Rooms are very clean and warm and have just been refurbished. 10/10 More

Excellent position, this hotel is great for just popping to the shops, in fact it is minutes from the Tower and Winter Gardens. Enjoyed the food and entertainment was great. The bar area is nice and the drinks are reasonably priced. I requested a nice room when I made the reservation, the room allocated was dreadfull and shabby, also think our room was above the boiler, we had to sleep with a fan on and the window wide open. More
