Lynn and Brian were 2 lovely people... Couldn't do enough for you. Breakfasts were great. Def would stay again. Was about 15 minutes walk to the north pier or there was a tram stop at the top of the road which came every 10-15 minutes.

A great place to stay. Good hosts, good food and prety clean too. Me and my wife and three children had a couple of nights away with some friends and their children. All in all we were well looked after and even celebrated my sons 5th birthday there, complete with a card from Brian and Lyn. Will go back again... More

Arrived late but nothing was to much trouble lovely greeting got up to a great breakfast great hosts so down to earth Family Room 2 double beds everything we needed nice and clean food great felt at home while we were there will be going back fantastic value. My husband Brian and I have just returned from a very enjoyable four day stay at the Sunnydale and could not be more satisfied. The accommodation is very clean and comfy and the meals are delicious and excellent value for money.Lyn and Brian are superb hosts and made us feel very welcome.
