Paul and Adam are excellent hosts and friendly and helpful. Their guest house is modern and rooms are lovely and inviting. It is set in a great location close to all the highlights and attractions of Blackpool. Adam cooks the best breakfast and will definitely stay again and recommend it. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Wed tenth April and checked out Friday morning. Stayed in small, smart, double room(3). Nice bedding, good bed. Comes with kettle, tea, coffee, bottle of water, biscuits. A warm friendly welcoming b&b, the staff were very helpful, the room was small but had everything you could need, lovely comfy bed with clean crisp bedding. The room I had was small but very comfortable, the Hotel appeared to be full but didn't hear any other residents, so had 2 good nights sleep, after busy days taking in all the sights. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, with plenty of choice. Will definitely consider using again. Thank You
