Excellent 2 night family room booked for £50 with offer code '24fifty' - most definitely the best price bargain around with FREE car parking on site and Waitrose store as well as Starbucks next door. Good quiet nights sleep and unbeatable for the price!

The staff were very friendly and the room was surprisingly quiet considering it is situated at a service station. The room was very clean and definitely a non smoking room. We didn't have a problem with smokey corridors either like some reviewers. We travelled as a family and had a good sized room.

Clean and tidy room, friendly staff, free parking, good value for money. Our room was next to HGV park and although they didn't disturb us I think that they would have woken light sleepers. You wouldn't want to spend a fortnight here but one or two nights is fine.

Stayed here with business as were working near the motorway and after reading reviews were worried. However, when we arrived the receptionist was very helpful and rooms not bad at all. I stayed here whilst on a course in Leicester and was surprised and delighted by the welcoming, polite and helpful attitude of the staff. Waitrose is next door and so I was able to buy a microwave meal in the evening and use the microwave in the breakfast area and eat in the breakfast room. The staff washed up happily... More

Stayed here but contrary to some of thvother reviews which mention the noise problem I didn't have any. And my room was behind facing the trucks parking. Breakfast is a bit of a joke! Few cold crossaints and cereals in a small corner room!! But overall worth the price. I got it for 27 pound with breakfast included.
