stayed here again recently for the night 2 weeks ago and cant fault the room or price went to the restaurant last night for a meal and was a bit dubious as last time it was poor but the menu has been revamped. my girlfriend had steak sizzler and i had the jumbo fish and chips and it tasted great... My daughter and i shared a double room at the mill on the soar, the room was clean and comfortable with a large double bed and also a bed settee. Nice selection of tea/coffee/biscuits. This was the second time I've stayed at the Mill on the Soar as it's conveniently located for going diving at Stoney Cove. As always, they were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our groups needs. Good-sized comfortable rooms with decent beds, good food in the restaurant at very reasonable prices. All-in-all perfect for our needs. More

Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits available. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent, and very reasonably priced, as was breakfast the next morning. All the staff were very friendly. All round, we felt it was excellent value. More
