Lovely clean and comfortable guest house. Jackie is a fantastic hostess and the breakfast is amazing. She could not do enough. Only 20 mins walk from centre. Was a bit noisy with traffic from outside but service more than made up for this.

Friendliness and sweets were a feature of this one night stay. Almost everything was excellent , but our bath/shower was a bit tricky as it was in the eaves. This wouldn't stop us using it again. Jackie was very welcoming and gave us good advice for making best use of our limited time.

I was walking the Viking Way (147 miles from Humber Bridge to Oakham Rutland Water) and found South Park on the web search. They have comfortable rooms with loads of hot water. A lounge with constant perculated coffee and snacks. Access to a computer and free WiFi. A very warm welcome awaits.
