Excellent! Everything was perfect but cooked breakfast and nice service were just the best of it! Parking facilities, great location:) We stayed there just one night but it was enough to see how well-organised this place is. Rooms are nicely decorated and extremely clean. There was a little surprise waiting for us - some biscuits:) I strongly recommend it:)

Decoration was very modern and the room was clean. The bed was basic and hard. The en suite was newly decorated and tiled, however there was no shower gel, soap or shampoo in the shower. I stayed at Hamiltons in Lincoln for 4 nights on my business trip. I was amazed that this B&B is just 3-starred, as the rooms were very nice and sunny. This little hotel has a style. But just one minus - they did not provide shower gels/shampoos. What else - the breakfast was very good - big and fine. Recommend!
