I spent the night of the 16th of May 2012 in this………..place. The word I will use most is Tired, the building, the decor, the furnishings, the style (should this be considered one) are all very very tired and so am I because of the proximety to the railway. The room was very small, the bed was tiny, the en... More

they waited for us till late since we arrived at 11 pm, the man greeting us was very polite and helpful in giving us information about the buses at night and other info about chiswick and the places to eat and shop, altough we could hear someone spitting in the room behind him, and we could hardly maintain our composure... As detailed by others on this site, this hotel was very poor indeed. The small room was shabby and drab (but clean), and we could'nt wait to check out the following morning. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate of £69.00 for a double room but we did'nt hang around to see what it was like. We were lucky... More

If you love trains this is the one for you - otherwise I suggest you avoid. My bedroom was a near to actually 'ON' Turnham Green Station platform as is possible - so the train noise was relentless with a brief respite between about 1pm and 4pm. I agree with other comments, this is a very, very poor 'hotel'. It's... More

Travelling solo, fortunatley only stayed for one night. The smell in the hallway was unberable. In the room, my bed spread was stained, the bathroom was clearly put together by a DIY enthusiast and was dusty and dirty, with bare walls visible in gaps between plywood if you were tall enough. My room gave to the train line, and so... More

Apologises for the lateness of this review; we actually stayed at this hotel three nights in July of 2010. I agree with everything that nofrilltravellers wrote except her/his comments about breakfast which we never saw. I have upload a photo that show the garbage ally entrance to steep narrow stairs. If you look to the left of that alley you... More

The website shows an upscale photo of the front of the hotel with very nice awning on a quiet clean street. However the reality is that the hotel fronts onto a alley with garbage dumps. The hotel is ajacent to above ground Turnham Green subway station and so the room was noisy. However the hotel has double-glazed windows. This reduced... More

You need to be a very heavy sleeper to stay in this hotel which is a real shame as the staff are friendly and helpful. The neighbours, however, are not. I decided to stay in this hotel because of its low price and its location - it was right where I needed to be for a work night out. But... More

Small sums it up, a master class in the use of space. Having said that it was very clean and the staff were delightful. Don't know what the minimum dimensions are for human occupation but we must have been close. Breakfast is fun (no dining room, served in your room), nip downstairs and place your order, rush back up and... More
