Obviously if the hotel states that check-in is until 18:00 and you show up in the evening you're going to have to contact them. The Hazel Wood Guesthouse was the worst place we stayed on our three week trip through Europe. It was very unclean. The carpet looked like it was 20 years old and was obviously never washed and hardly ever vacuumed. There were stains on the bathroom floor. The shower was dirty and obviously never cleaned with as much care as one... More
