Stayed with work. Pre-booked by a colleague. Room is minute, stayed I premier inn last time down and would definitely say I preferred that... Cheaper and you get a bath and decent sized room. Staff and decor very nice but not worth paying the extra money for. Hotels in as good if not better locations with twice the space.

We stay often at this hotel but may be it is time to look for an alternative. The location is optimal, in a quiet street a stone throw from Marylebone high street and with most of central London easily reachable on foot or within a short cab ride. But the basic rooms, I have no experience with suites, are compact... More

This hotel is charming, discreet and definitely not run of the mill. We booked here when we went to see Warhorse and thought the service and facilities in the rooms were first class.Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. we will definitely be back.

Having experienced quite a few city hotels to be poor value for money my expectations were not high, but this hotel was just perfect! The location could not be better- close to everything yet quiet, the heartily service made us feel like royalties, and the quality of the facilities was spotless. We were lucky to be upgraded to a jr... More

On the plusside:Great location, nice room, comfortable bed (exept from the pillows) nice and friendly staff. BUT, the breakfast was expensive and and not worth the money, we had a better breakfast, just a short walk from the hotel, for half the price. The people who worked in the restaurant (at breakfast) was not that serviceminded as the rest of... More

Loved this hotel. Great location walking distance to Oxford street and the subway. The hotel staff is very friendly, especially Adam who really went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. I stayed on the fourth floor the room was well decorated and the beds and linen very comfortable. The room service was very efficient. I... More

I love this hotel, it's small, discrete, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It is spotlessly clean and the bathroom is fabulous. Location is fabulous, far enough away from the business of marylebone high street to be quiet, but actually a very short walk from anywhere. I try to stay here whenever I can. I'm not... More

The smallest too ever, couldn't open wardrobe, as the only place to store the suitcase was in front of the wardrobe door. The suitcase rested on the bed, as there was no room! Other rooms are more expensive and bigger, but a five star hotel should e that fir all room types. No space to put the kettle, the hairdryer... More

Found this hotel using LateRooms - I did reject the offer of the first room they gave me - one on the ground floor next door to the disabled toilet in the lobby, but the replacement on the fifth floor was a very suitable second offer. Stayed last night for one night, and was very pleasantly surprised - fantastic central... More
