Positives: I can see just the location. Despite not in the touristic circuit, it is just behind the Hyde Park, from where you can get a bus or a metro to downtown very easily. And in the parallel street you can find many options of restaurants, snack bars and small supermarkets. To be fair, the german girl who works there... More

Set on a very pretty street full of huge town houses and lots of hotels, as may other reviewers have put there is no sign just a door number which I found very odd. The area is brilliant lots of local shops, restraunts and the tube station is litrally two minuites away. We satyed on the forth floor I am... More

I spent three nights in this “serviced apartment”. The first impression was “how odd is this place?”. It is in a pretty street off Bayswater Road, at the west end area of Hyde Park. The street is a mix of private residences, and inns/hotels. You should think of taking the address with you, as it is difficult to find the... More

Just spent one night in no 73 which will not be repeated. The welcome as one arrives is a disgusting smell in the hall that the staff have tried to drown with another dreadful air freshener. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who was most helpful the next day supplying me with maps of the area. Much appreciated. The... More

We stayed for two nights, no signage which made it hard to find it. basement room was very clean and modern. free breakfast wasnt included as adevertised. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn't make you feel welcome. Good location but as others have mentioned it does smell of gas in the hallway!! More

I booked through booking.com and cancelled a month later. Booking.com could find no record of this but asked the woman not to charge me a cancellation fee due to the system, she charged me anyway and gave me abuse down the phone!!! More

We stayed here for three nights in May, Location is fantastic, just off Hyde Park, close to two underground stations and a bus service, walking distance to Marble Arch ( main stop for open top bus tours). A very tourist orientated place, our street was full of hotels of different ratings. The next street over had cafe's, restraunts and eaterys... More

We stayed here just for one night, thank goodness. There is no sign outside that tells you that are at the right place or even that you are at a hotel. When we eventually got into the place we were greeted with a rude receptionist who looked thoroughly bored and fed up that we were interrupting her texting. The room... More

So much time and effort goes into booking accomodation online so when it does not match up to expectations its even more dissapointing. I now understand other guests comments about lack of signage. It does feel like you are walking into someones house, only the prominent house number (73) gives it away, even a small plaque next to the buzzer... More

This hotel has no lift. So imagine the ordeal if your room is located on the 3rd and higher floors. We were lucky that our room was on the ground floor. But having a room on the ground floor has its cons. First, the main door shuts big time, if guests are not careful enough to hold and close it... More
