We came by car and had loads of trouble finding the place due to Soho's maze of one-way streets and road construction going on. But once you are inside the hotel, there's peace and helpful staff to get you settled. We had a room called tiny, and that is eactly what it is, tiny. Just enough space to go around... More

My husband and I stayed here for his 40th Birthday, the Soho House chain is a favourite of ours so when we want luxury we usually stay in their hotels. The room was gorgeous, beautiful bedding, large bath in the room, wonderful wet room and lots of little touches that you only get with good hotels. Our one night stay... More

I often have breakfast here. The setting is classic New York style and I can almost always get a table. I prefer by the window for a quiet morning or at the back for meetings. The wifi works well and the staff are attentive and friendly (Marta in particular is excellent). Orange juice is fresh. I know that is not... More

Stayed for 2nd time this year. Got to hotel Saturday afternoon, checked in 2pm with a complimentary upgrade. Gorgeous room, traditional style in up to date way. All you have to do is turn up, everything else supplied. No need to bring cleanser, toner, or anything else. Great coffee in room, fresh milk & cookies. Check out 12noon. All you... More

Great hotel in a perfect location! Rooms were small but cozy with all the necessary amenities, as well as cookies every day. there was coffee as well as very good breakfast tea in the room. Concierge was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations (great Indian restaurant very close). Umbrellas available so don't worry about packing your own. Be sure to check... More

Overall the Dean Street Townhouse is very good and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked on the day (as it was a Sunday) and it meant we got a great deal. When we arrived we were also upgraded to the Bigger room which was a lovely gesture and not prompted in any way. The room itself was lovely. Spacious... More

The Dean Street Townhouse is lovely in every way. We had a medium room which was spacious, filled with warm antique-y furnishings and adorable retro prints. The old-fashioned bathtub set in an alcove in the bedroom was a treat. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Fresh baked cookies and french press coffee in the room were a delight. The photos... More

The offer of a tiny room or broom cupboard in a 5 star hotel sounds far from ideal, but this place has it wrapped. Room 20 / The Tiny Room provided a welcome escape from the chaos of Soho... Small yes but it had everything and more you could ask for. An odd thing to mention... but on this occasion... More

I had a too-short, one-night stay at DST at the end of April. Upgraded [always appreciated!] to the largest style of room upon arrival, I made myself at home right away. Loved the buzzy Soho location and the pleasant staff, the rainforest power shower and the four poster bed - and the little touches like the hair straighteners and the... More
