We were made to feel welcome by very friendly staff. The food was great and the room could not have been more comfortable or quiet. A wonderful stay. It made our Chelsea Flower Show very special. Thank you all very much - we will be back!

We booked this hotel for the location in Battersea. We were doing The Moonwalk 2013 and wanted a convenient hotel to get to and from the start/finish of the walk. Stayed here as a last minute 2 night weekend break for my birthday. The location is nice, just opposite a large park (Battersea). While not next door to any tube stations or major attractions, there are frequent buses a short walk from the hotel. Our room was spacious enough for the 2 nights but would have wanted a larger one... More

Very friendly staff. They solved any problem to my satisfaction. Large rooms. Very nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. The SPA was a nice experience. A nice hotel, with modern rooms and lovely staff. We regularly use this hotel when in this part of London Only draw back is the distance from Oxford St, Covent Garden etc but if your near this part of town for the Flower Show or similar its ideal

Great hotel, my favourite for city breaks in London. Great Location, 10 mins walk to Sloane Square. Brand new modern and good size (for London) rooms. Service is excellent. Highly recommended! Only downside no tube stop nearby, need to walk to Sloane Square.
