We have stayed here twice now and both times the rooms and service have been wonderful. The staff are courteous and friendly, the bar perfect for late drinks and food. Perfect location for theatreland, lots of bars and restaurants close at hand. Room was lovely, big by London standards ( we upgraded). Decent breakfast, reasonably lively bar for a post show drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. More
