Simple, warm and very well located. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well equipped. The tube is a couple of minutes walk and makes getting into central London very easy. Very good value for money. All in all great, would definitely use again if staying in London.

Location is perfect. Full breakfast - very good. Room was quite small but I guess that's typical of London. Staff was friendly & courteous. A bit pricey for size of room but the location close to Victoria Station with bus & Pimlico tube nearby made it ideal.

This is a no frills hotel but run very well. Staff are great very helpful and friendly. Rooms spotless if a little small. Breakfast is complementary but a perfectly acceptable start to the day. Good location and easy to find. It was not too noisy either - one of the main problems with London hootels.
