We have had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We had a little problem on the second day but the staff rose to the occasion, simply went out of their way to help us. Special thanks to the Front Office Manager. Would definitely stay there again! Regards from polish friends!!!

“Good value for money”

If you are attending Excel for any reason this is a good place to stay. Good value for money, very clean and the staff are very friendly - just don't ask front desk staff to get you a taxi - double the price of a black hackney - that really was our only complaint.

“Disappointed: Sleep quality and too far from London”

Aside from the friendly and helpful staff, we wouldn't recommend this hotel. The mattress of our double bed was awful, you could feel the springs, and it was over-soft. “Perfect overnight hotel”
