nice studio but very uncomfortable chair / chaise. Bathroom floor dirty / shower screen needs grouted as filthy and 2nd night no replacement shampoo's etc also no bathrobes / slippers as advertised and towels not replaced. overall handy but very average

Aparthotel is just in front of tube station (Holborn), piccadilly line which come straight from Heathrow airport. The room (with a full equipped kitchenette), was quite large to be in central London, and it was well furnished. All was new, nice and clean. Breakfast was good, staff nice and helpful. Recomended.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Staff at reception is very friendly. Upon arrival my room had a smell of cooking, which already is not really nice. Room is spacious but rather dark, even if you put on all the lights. On the 2nd day I did get new towels, but the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned.... More

Excellent reception service. Felt welcome as we walked through the door. Room was clean and bathroom even had space to set out own products as well as safety rails in bath and bath mat which was much appreciated.Free wifi excellent and lasted for the 4 days we were there with no problem.Kitchen was a bonus but might be worth re-checking... Location is good for Citadines, staff are very good. However, value for money based on price and quality of accommodation and amenities is average at best. Feels like it should be a good 25% cheaper than it is.
