Yes the hotel is having a refurb but I found that had no impact on my stay. I arrived and Antonio on the front desk checked me in. I have to say he was excellent. I asked for a nice room as I am very fussy and he delivered. I assume he was confident because all the rooms are nice.... More

The hotel is undergoing a major refurb so there are no facilities available and the restaurant is fairly restricted. However service was very good under difficult circumstances, Thought the hotel could have thrown in a breakfast as part of the room rate due to the building disruption. More

Stayed here for one night on a Saturday. Arrived early for check-in and room not ready, but helpful staff did the admin and stored the luggage. This hotel is close to St Pancras and Euston train stations. Kings Cross is just around the corner aswell. Nice rooms and helpful staff. Some ongoing building work but not much noise. More

Stayed at the hotel overnight for a day out at Lords. The re-building work was in full swing but the staff coped with this well and were courteous and helpful.
