Very warm and attentive welcome on arrival. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable with well appointed bathroom and superb shower. The Pullman was an excellent stopover before getting Eurostar next morning and made a great start to the holiday

It was fantastic, the staff were so polite and the food was great. The room was clean and the bed was kingsize and comfy. The bathroom was lovely too. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to the centre of london.
