The hotel didn't look like ANYTHING on the pictures. The room was smelly, dirty and the walls had big stains, finger marks on the walls. It was very noisy as well.

We are very surprised about your review we believe you stayed in our last remaining budget en-suite rooms, which are clean and comfortable. These last few remaining rooms are now closed for renovation to a very high standard deluxe rooms.
Staff are multi-lingual,who speak English, Italian and French and very polite and friendly.
