This is our fourth or fifth time at this hotel and it never disappoints. Its in a great location if visiting the theatres, and of course for any quality shopping at Fortnum and Mason. We like it as it has on site parking but it is easy to get to being only a few minutes walk from either Green Park... More

We stayed at the Cavendish on business for one night. The hotel has a great location and is easily accessible to many London attractions. The value was good by London standards. The room was clean, but very average and a littel dated. I would give this Hotel 3.5 if possible. No major gripes, but nothing extraordinary either.

I ended up staying at The Cavendish at very late notice and was somewhat concerned at what I may find as the all usual hotel websites were offering me very few options. Well what a pleasant surprise I had in store! The location is superb, being directly opposite the famous Fortnum and Masons store on Jermyn Street. It took me... More

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are meticulous, the bed linens are wonderful and the soaps and shampoo smell great. The rooms are somewhat on the small side as is true of many London hotels. What shocked me was that Internet access is charged by the minute, something I've encountered nowhere else in the world - or in London... More

I held an afternoon champagne tea party for 25 people at the Cavendish and it exceeded my expectations. The private room (Electra) was perfect, the food was generous and delicious, and the staff were helpful and charming and went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly. My guests enjoyed it very much and so did I.... More

My husband and I stayed two nights at The Cavendish and could not be happier with the location – just a 5-minute walk to Piccadilly Circus or Green Park and next to Fortnum and Mason, yet in a quiet street. The room was clean and tastefully decorated although it was smaller than an American hotel room we are used to.... More

Stayed at The Cavendish on a Superbreak 1 night theatre break. Excellent location, the staff were excellent. Benefitted from Trip advisor reviews and emailed for a high floor with a great view. The bedroom though was rather on the small side. The breakfast was terrific, the best I have had anywhere in the UK Would certainly stay at this hotel again

Dear Adrian M, Thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned we try to accomodate guest requests where we can and I am happy... More
