Great location...central to everything. Rooms are stylish and different...bathrooms very good. Breakfast in Palm Court is terrific. HH member and always get upgrade which is appreciated. Only gripe is stairs at entrance...awkward with luggage... More

Having read some of the reviews previously,we were slightly apprehensive checking into the Waldorf Hilton, but right from the outset we enjoyed great service, pleasant staff & a lovely room[refurbished.3rd floor].We'd arrived early,10.30am but were still able to be given our room straight away - that was great - fantastic location goes without saying - close to many theatres & good restaurants['Cotes'... Do not go here expecting 5-star service or facilities. I stayed here for a week with a friend who was on business and I would not recommend it; it's poor value for money - staff are poorly trained and the level of service is sub-par. Several times over the course of the week the room wasn't fully serviced (e.g. missing... More

I spent 4 days at this hotel (May 9th thru 13th May) and was very underwhelmed. I arrived late on Wednesday night after a long flight from Moscow and was very tired. There was no doorman to help me with my luggage and then I had to drag my heavy suitcase up the 6 or 7 steps to reception. It... More

Stayed here for a romantic weekend with my husband. The building is a beautiful building and looks very impressive. Internally however the decor and rooms need a make over. We stayed on the 8th floor and the room was fairly small and dark. The hotel location is ideal however to the main tourist attractions. More

We booked to stay for our first anniversary as we were planning on seeing a show in London. Check in was fast and the reception staff were very helpful. The room was a nice size for us and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. More

We were upgraded to one of the contemporary rooms which was funky but a little odd! Hotel is lovely though and breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had. Location is great as well with Covent Garden just around the corner. More

Stayed at the Waldorf for one night on 11th May 2012.The hotel exudes an air of Victorian grandeur with all its public rooms. It has been changed to a Hilton and refurbished since my last stay some considerable time ago. Check in was a bit of a nightmare - we arrived at 12.30 and were told that the room would... More

We stay at Hiltons. My husband is a diamond member so we often travel on points. If I had to pay for this hotel, I wouldnt stay here. While the outside is beautiful, the inside is pretty rundown. Its not worth the price. Staying at a cute boutique hotel would be better for the price unless you plan to hit... More

A great location close to theatres, the river and transportation. I stayed for one night in a queen size bed room, although a tiny room and bathroom, the bed was delightfully comfortable and the room fairly quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful, with a smooth check and check out procedure. Ate in the restuarant for opne dinner, average food. Overall,... More
