I am a regular visitor to this hotel, and can can confirm that it is in the ideal location for most of the main London attractions.
The staff are really polite, but the rooms are a bit dated.

It only has two floors and is right next to a large overnight building site. I'm a heavy sleeper but the noise here is awful. There's men not 30ft below me shouting, running generators / diesel engines and moving loud heavy building materials. I've been awake since 3am with it. Not a good business hotel for these reasons.

This hotel is a real surprise! Externally it is extremely ugly but the reception area is modern, sparkling and spacious. We had room 158 - biggest room I have ever had in London.
The decor is indeed a little out of date but the room was spotless and I found the large bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless.

Handy location near Victoria
At street level is was a bit difficult to find
Breakfast was included and not bad
But,
I had single occupancy of a double room with possibly the smallest bathroom in the world
The whole thing was dated
It was clean
...and the shower pressure was great
