Enjoyed a three night stay here, on a Hotel Direct theatre deal. A great hotel, everyone very helpful and a great location for shopping, the sights etc. Good breakfast, which runs till 1030, however if you get there after ten the service seems to start winding down. Room serviced every day.

The location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping and is very close to Marble Arch underground station. Dinner was very good with very attentive staff.
