As a business hotel, this is second to none. It is inexpensive, conveniently located in the heart of London, comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are small, and this hotel does not have the charm of some more expensive hotels. Nor, however, is it remotely as bad as a number of lower quality hotels in the area. I used this... More

Great location, very central, 8 minutes walk to Leicster Sq etc, rooms are fine, clean, maybe a bit small but fine, my one big problem would be the staff, especially those cleaning the rooms, they made so much noise from about 8.30 both mornings of my stay, it was clearly a supervisor giving out to a staff member. It was... More

Location of this hotel could not be better. Two minutes walk to Tottenham Court Road tube station and Oxford Street, five minutes to Soho Square, five minutes to British Museum. If you're visiting London as a tourist, you can walk to so many places (Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, etc.). I've visited London several times and this... At the Oxford St, Tottenham Court Road junction. Easy walk to Leicester Square theatres. Breakfast room vast and impersonal, but food okay. Room small but functional with good housekeeping. Was able to check in at 10-30 am and leave luggage after checking out. Wifi costs outrageous, but pub a few yards up the road provided free connections. More

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's location; it's ideal for theatre land so it served it's purpose for us (a trip to the Dominion theatre about 50 yards away). Otherwise, it was nothing more than a glorified YMCA. The queue to check-in was horrendous and the bedrooms are tiny. At 6ft 2inches I barely had room to... More

We love the location of the hotel, just 2 minutes to the tube "Tottenham court road" and walking distance to Oxford street, and British museum. A couple drawbacks are that we always had to wait for a while for elevators, it seemed that this hotel is very popular for tour group so it's always crowded so always lots of traffic... More

Just returned from this hotel after a two night stay and it was great. The location is fab, very central just off Oxford street. The rooms are small but very clean and modern, the bathroom was lovely. This hotel had lots of friendly staff tabs you could leave your luggage with them when you checked out which was good as... Excellent location and I think you'd be hard pressed to find better at the price. Points of note though- rooms are small and quite dark, beds are a bit lumpy and squeaky, hotel navigational signage is a bit lacking and the staff could brush up their presentation. Perfectly adequate and functional but don't expect any luxuries! More

We enjoyed our stay here. The room is small but adeqaute. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Close to Tottenham Court Station. Very central. Only bad point: The lifts were heart breaking, sometimes it would take 5 minutes for one to appear, very annoying. More
