Booked hotel and theatre deal through Ticket Tree. The hotel service was good and staff very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I booked 3 rooms, all rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. It was a busy hotel in a good location for Kensigton. An excellent stay and would have no hesitation of going back. Great value for money.

Really chuffed with the stay. Brill location, just round the corner from High Street Kensington tube. Attractive lobby area. Room was also great, good size for central London. Really no complaints although the air con/fridge were a bit noisy!
