I stayed in this hotel for one night. I booked this hotel, purely because of its location as I was planning to do A LOT of shopping on Oxford Street! Check in was effortless, the room was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly. Excellent hotel!!

I reserved a single room so was expecting it to be small but the room I was allocated was truly pokey. The decor was in a very poor state -faded wallpaper and paint peeled off. I can'y herlp but feel there are better places to be had for the money
