We spent one night here and found it to be a convenient choice in the vicinity of Paddington tube and Heathrow Express trains. Staff were helpful and friendly at check-in and throughout our stay. We had room 403 which was small, typical for London and serviced by a lift. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. It... More

I have been many times in this small but nice and clean hotel in central London, just near Paddington station and the underground station of Lancaster Gate.. I love it because of the quality of the service, the friendliness of the personnel, the rooms and the very high quality of the morning breakfast in the canteen. . More

Best Western Delmere is a small hotel withing a 5 minutes walk from the Paddington Station. After a tiny reception follows even a smaller hallway to the elevator. Behind of it there seemed to be a small bar, but I hadn't time to try that one. Rooms in this hotel were small with no extra space. I suppose the price/quality... More

Since this is London, don't expect the rooms to be large. I stayed for two nights here in a single room where the room was not much larger than the single bed; however, the bath was sufficiently large and there was a good sized closet to hang my coat and store my bag. It is within a 5 minute walk... More

Its close to Paddington station and easy to get to Heathrow airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets to stock up on sundries and snacks. Positives: -Location -Manager was very helpful in trying to accommodate my needs (due to the injuries I sustained from Athens) -Free wifi -Cozy -Clean Negatives: -Maybe too small for people with bigger builds -Bed isn't... Very convenient for Paddington station and surprisingly quiet. Rooms fitted with air con but otherwise a bit out of date. Clean and tidy hotel offering breakfast included in the price, which is good value for this part of London. Rooms have TV and there is a bar and lounge. No parking for cars. More

Had this booked for me by work and when I checked it out on TA I was dreading it. It wasn't as bad as I thought however I wouldn't stay again. The rooms were clean abd the ahower was powerful but that's about it. Tiny, old, musty, dowdy, old, dull, old, miserable, old. You get the message. They are very... More

Nice hotel, easily reached from Paddington or Lancaster Gate. Room 403 which faced the road was not too noisey at all. The rooms were nice, clean, shower fine. The best thing for me was the fact that this hotel had gone above and beyond the environmental commitment most hotels trot out by replacing the usual PVC based room cards with... More

I had the best welcome I have ever had at a hotel from a lovely woman (name begins with V!). She was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The people at the reception are very polite and very serviable, but the rooms are not good! I had a room outside the main building, Room 17, it look like it was before a small garage or something where you keep the garden instruments. the room is too small and smelling fresh painting. I had to sleep with an open... More
