The rooms are fantasic, clean, spacious (especially for london). Bathrooms are great. Facilities are modern and nice. Enjoy a drink at the roof top bar for a great view over london! At the frontdesk you´re welcomed with a big hot chocolate cookie. But until you get to your room the cookie will have enough time to cool down. Seems to be a recurring theme in London these days. Hotels are getting much nicer but service is becoming poor. Doubletree no exception. Rooms were nice and rooftop bar was excellent (views not service). However check in and check out were chaotic
