Not really in the best location... And definately not a 4 star hotel. Room

I recently stayed at this Holiday inn. First of all I was shocked by the price. But then on the other side I was hoping for something special for that price.WRONG
I asked for a non-smoking room, which I got but it was on a floor of smoking rooms, so it stunk in my room. The room was very outdated. The...

I had booked a theatre package with Londontheatrebreak.com & had selected a nice hotel in Docklands. 36-hours before setting-off I get a phone call from the agency to say hotel was full and would I take this Holiday Inn instead? As other arangements had been made, I had little choice. This Holiday Inn is located in one of the seediest...

I stayed in this hotel one night whilst on business in London so essentially for me it was ensuring I had somewhere reasonably comfortable to sleep. The check in was great as was the check out. I have stayed in many Holiday Inns and I have to say compared to others this was good but not the best. There was...

Fine place to get your head down if arriving late or leaving early from Kings X. Big rooms, friendly staff, clean.

You never know what to expect with Holiday Inn, sometimes they are amazing, other times they are really run down. This hotel is a beautiful property, obviously recently redocorated. The entrace is grand, the rooms incredibly modern and comfortable. Twin rooms have double beds, the bathrooms large with a powerful shower. The hotel is in a great location, especially for...

Breakfast was good cooked, with cold meats, fruit and yoghurt and plenty of tea or coffee! Disappointed with check out - it took...

This hotel charges a walk-in price of £230 for a room. This doesn't include internet access. Seven days of access works out to be £45. This is extortionate. I don't believe the comparison to other hotels and what they charge to be a defence to this. The internet should be free as standard. Just because we're business travellers doesn't mean...

Overall - good Holiday Inn - service, room was at the level that I expect from a Holiday Inn.
I was disappointed that they charged for using the pool and not included in the room cost. This was not indicated on the easytobook.com...one of my criteria for the hotel was inclusion of pool services in the high London Hotel prices.
