We selected this hotel for the price and the location and that's it. It's well situated, if you are looking for a large Park lane hotel! The rooms are adequate but the bathroom was small but then it's central London! The staff were lovely and very polite. We spent a number of hours in meetings in the lounge areas and... More

We stayed at The Intercontinental on a Friday in early May for a very special anniversary celebration. The welcome and check-in procedure was good, with a warm welcome from staff - although we were left to find our own way to our room. Our room overlooked a quiet street, and was beautifully decorated and appointed with all the usual amenities.... More

Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wifi was amazingly fast, I have a good connection at home but this was 100 times faster than that. It's very well located and a easy stroll from Buckingham Palace. I was amazed with the number of staff, they were every where and very friendly. The lobby is a... More

It's an ab fab Hotel, spot on, right up there, but, and it's a big BUT, I can not give it a '5' because of the 'unanounced' charges. It wasn't the actual cost, but the fact it didn't display that there was a charge. What am I refering to; the bar; we ordered a G&T and a tea (tea took... More

We stayed here for 4 nights (using Priority Club points) based on TA reviews and were not disappointed. Easy access to the subway although very confusing til we discovered the underground walkway system! Took approx 45 mtes from Heathrow (at a cost of about 5 GBP). From the moment we walked in (as a few of the other reviewers mentioned,... More

The Intercontinental on Park Lane is one of my personal favourites. From the valet parking to the reception and housekeeping staff everyone endeavours to give the 5 star service . The bar is relatively small but again well tended. The beds are amongst the most comfortable in London I believe. It is certainly worthwhile having access to the lounge on... More

The location is excellent for both tourism and business, which everyone reading this already knows by looking at a map. So instead of stating the obvious, I will focus on the hotel. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and unpretentious. As for the rooms, even the larger rooms feel a bit small. So go for the larger rooms or you... More

One of the best in London and certainly the Intercontinental Flagship property. Staff are great. polite, helpful and cheerful. Club lounge access is worth every penny, fantastic views over Hyde Park. Breakfast and evening cocktails here in the lounge were execllent, top quality. Spa on the 1st floor was also great, very tranquil and relaxing - totally worth a visit. More

this hotel has a great location. the service is on a very high level throughout: reception, bar, breakfast room - staff were always verr attentive, fast and friendly - which one doesnt find that often in hotels of this size. room size ok, bath-tub-cum-shower not really well done, a bit of a hassle in the morning. overall i can recommend...
