Great location and a staff who bends over backwards to make one feel at home. Mr. Antonio Sola, the manager, provides personal attention to each and every guest. He is a PRINCE! My rooms have always been immaculately clean, both single and double (have stayed here 3-4 times, and can't wait to return!)

Stayed overnight bank holiday weekend. Great location 5 minutes walk into Kensington High Street, 10 minutes walk to the Albert Hall. Hotel is small but is comfortable, serves a good breakfast. It's in a quiet side street away from traffic so you do get a good night's sleep.

If you HAVE to stay here, make sure you don't stay in room 109. It is right next to a fire door that slams shut. Not just noisy, the vibration from the slamming door shook our bed. All this from around 6:30am when I think the staff started arriving and going to and fro. Management response to my complaint was... More

The hotel itself is well positioned on the Kensington area, a very well known to be a superb location for shopping... The Hyde park itself is a previliage to be near, which this hotel gives this an no extra cost as I was very near the queens gate . Well the giant word, the rooms are not small, they are... More

Stayed in this hotel for two nights over the Easter bank holiday as it was within striking distance of the Royal Albert Hall which we wanted to visit. There was a warm welcome, and check-in was quick and painless. The free welcome drink was overlooked as Cava and "cocktails" are not our thing. The room was clean and airy with... More

I recently stayed at the Kensington House Hotel to see if it was as good as its sister hotel The London Bridge Hotel - sadly not. Whilst there was nothing of particular issue or concern, it just fell short of the quality of service from its sister hotel. It is these finer details that make of break a hotel.

Although well-located in Kensington, particularly for the Royal Albert Hall, I found the hotel to be disappointing. When we arrived we were given an 'upgrade' to a family room on the lower ground floor. This room turned out to be very basic, having inadequate blinds instead of curtains, single glazed windows and thin walls, all of which contributed to a... More

The hotel and the rooms lacked the luxury feel of the London Bridge, it's sister Hotel. A building project next door did not help it's location, the noise started before 8.00am and did not finish until after 6.00pm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and catered extremely well with my Wife's food allergies. The Hotel location was great for... More

I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in London and have the chance to select the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is pleasant, the neighborhood is great - quiet streets, good restaurants and busy shopping streets are all right around the corner. However, the most important is the charming hotel itself.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of August 2012 and I must admit that I found the location fantastic, staff extremely helpful and friendly, my room was lovely and clean, although small, but if I had know about the construction going on next door I would have stayed elsewhere. I was woken by 8am every... More
